We have therefore included an option to open a Wise business bank account within our Non-Residents’ Packages. Wise offer international business banking, allowing you to send money to over 160 countries, and hold and receive over 40 currencies, worldwide.

Once your company has been formed, we will email you a link to open your Wise business bank account, and you will swiftly receive your UK bank account number and sort code. You will be charged a one-time fixed onboarding charge of £45.00 (or equivalent in local currency) when opening your first account.

Did you know there is an alternative to a UK business bank account?

Many non-resident clients open business bank accounts for their new UK limited company – in their own country. To do this, you will require getting your company documents apostilled (legalised by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office). Our apostille document service can be purchased in the Checkout area after you purchase either of our Non-Residents Packages. To find out more about Apostille Documents, click here.

*All official government mail (registered office and service address mail) will be scanned and emailed to you free of charge. The forwarding of all general business correspondence mail will be charged at Royal Mail International postal rates plus 15%. Mail will be forwarded on a daily basis

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of this package?

Our All Inclusive Package is our signature package and so it comes with many benefits, including digital and printed sets of company documents and 3 Covent Garden, London address services to providing privacy and an excellent corporate image.

However, arguably the main benefit of this package is our Full Company Secretary Service. This includes a named company secretary (visible at Companies House) and a dedicated account manager who will maintain your statutory registers, make changes to your company in accordance with your instructions, and prepare and file your annual Confirmation Statement.

Other advantages of this package are VAT and PAYE Registrations with HMRC, the filing of the first confirmation statement, and an introduction to our Call Answering Service.

When will my company be ready to trade?

Your new limited by shares company will be ready to trade from the moment your application is approved by Companies House. The standard processing time is within 3 to 6 hours of submission; however, sometimes Companies House takes a little longer.

How many people are required to register a limited company?

Just one. You can incorporate, own and manage your limited company as a sole director and shareholder, or you can set up and run it with lots of other people. It’s entirely up to you.

Simple enter the name(s) of each director and shareholder on the online application form.

Do I need a Business Bank Account for my company?

Legally, no. But for practical reasons you should open and operate a business account for any new business as soon as it begins trading. This will enable you to correctly record and monitor your company finances, and it will be far easier to work out your business income and expenditure when you’re completing annual accounts and tax returns.

We offer up to 8 business bank accounts with every company formation package. All have easy online account opening applications, including Barclays, TSB, Mettle, Cashplus, Revolut, CardOne and ANNA.

Are there any additional costs?

No. Your company formation will cost £199.99 +VAT if you choose this package without adding any optional extras.

Do I need to supply proof of ID?

All company formation agents have a legal obligation to check proof of ID and address, including ourselves.

Don’t worry – the likelihood is you will not have to do anything, as 90% of our customers successfully pass our digital ID checks.

If you don’t pass our digital ID check, do not worry – almost all of our customers are able to provide their proof of ID and address via our Credas App. For more information, see here.
